Is this correct colour for Wheaten Ameraucana?

yes, thanks for the correction. I've changed it. In my opinion, the spelling of that word is ridiculous. wish they would just change it to something that makes sense.
Ameraucana stands for American Araucana.
 
Before I buy hatching eggs and hatch out something that isn't correct, please let me know.
I thought Wheaton was lighter... to me this looks buff. Sorry it is sideways.

They look a bit dark to me, though they are likely wheatens. Hens should be more uniform in color from what I understand.
Photo from a breeder from the internet. As it is quite obvious you are talking about the purebred birds here, not sure why everyone is making such a fuss over spelling. (And yes I am well aware of the whole misspelling by hatcheries to fool people, though this topic has been pretty well covered elsewhere on BYC). 😊
