Is this definitely a rooster?

The consensus when this chicken was younger is that he is a rooster. But, he acts nothing like the other roosters, nor have his tail feathers developed the same way.

Double checking before I do away with him tomorrow 😐 Definitely a rooster?

At this age there should be male specific feathering, could you possibly get clear photos of his/her back, near the tail? I am definitely leaning cockerel, as this bird is very masculine.
Yes, I’ll get better photos in the daylight tomorrow.
