Is this duckling light phase?

I have a mixed breed duckling that just hatched and looks like it has the light phase gene. It looks just like a Saxony duckling to me. I'm trying to figure out how it could be expressing that gene because while I did have a Saxony drake, the only females I have that wouldn't be Li+ are a Welsh Harlequin and possibly a White Layer. I only put one day's worth of eggs in the incubator and another duckling hatched looking like a pure Welsh Harlequin, so that only leaves the White Layer if this is light phase.

I don't know much about duck genetics, but my runners, Pekins, Anconas, and WH just hatch out ducklings marked like silver appleyards, bibbed Swedish, and a Magpie.

I wanted to give an update on this duckling with a few more clues I've gotten, in case anyone is interested or someone comes across this thread later and wants to know.

I had another duckling hatch a week later looking identical to this one, and I know for a fact that the second one was mothered by one of my Buff ducks. They've remained identical as they've grown so I think it's likely that the first is a Buff cross also. They are both very large ducks, indicating that their father is the Saxony after all. They have a pretty silver speculum but not the cream-colored throat and eye stripes of a Saxony. My guess now is that they are Saxony/Buff crosses carrying the light phase gene but not expressing it. They appear to have standard Mallard markings but with either a single or double blue dilution.

That definitely looks like Saxony lavender feathers. I think Saxony is in Buffs cause I ordered some buff one time and they had the size and the lavender but not the eye stripes.
