That's a boy...see those patchy spots on the wings? Girls don't have patchy feather patterns like that.

I don't think she looks any more patchy than this girl did at that age:

The tail feathers are very blunt and the red isn't "manly red", only shades of the body color. I'm sticking with pullet.
