I know that all chickens put an almost invisible whitey grey layer of protective fluid on there outside of eggs as the last stage, but this is a THICK layer of whitey grey, that after I completely wash it off, it keeps just coming back?? Is this something to worry about? A sign of a diseased chicken? Or just a malfunction of putting to much protective layer on outside of this egg???

The egg is not diseased.
It's a defect in the bloom. All eggs start off white and get color from the bloom.
How old is the bird that laid this egg?
It is a chalky like substance that washes off with water n completely disappears and then once dry it comes back again??

No. Probably excess calcium. Is the white part rough feeling?
Also that egg looks like it has a crack?

Well, not all. Some have blue shells. :D
The brown coloring is a coating, different from the bloom.
No not a crack it's a finger nail scrape to show that it's a thick chalky like white dusty substance and like said to dobbie lover it completely disappears when I wash n wipe it off with water n my fingers, n then re grows back once the eggs dry again???

Also there is a mix of 4 ISA browns that are about 8months now started layin about month n half or so ago, but then stopped when introduced these younger birds for a few weeks now, and also 5 younger 5 or 6 months old black tails n golden comets that have also just started laying past week or so too, and I think some of the older ones might be uust starting to de stress from flock additions now n started layin the odd egg again now too..

Also why I am worried about disease is because one of my older ISA browns had swollen head syndrome, bubbly eyes one side head swelled right up n then the other, i seem to have sorted it within a week with garlic ginger honey n lemon, and chicken tonic stuff n vetrx n keeping inside in warm for a week or so, then that same chicken got a prolapsed vent n managed to pop an egg out that also had this weird white rough stuff on it and all over inside of her prolapse, i kept Poppin it back in n tryna keep her inside n help her but she died i think of a heart attack from pain, n now one her other older sisters I got with her keeps sneezing too n I'm wondering if this egg is from her and the egg and her have some kind of disease too maybe?

And this is the egg in real time right now today after it's been washed off with water n my fingers about 4 times now... This white substance keeps growing back after completely washing it off n bein left with a normal healthy lookin brown egg, then I come back the next day when it's dry again n it goes back to looking like this???? And U can see clearer now that it is infact my nail scrapping not a crack on egg now too
