Is This Egg Fertilized?

Is this egg fertilized? It looks like it has a "bullseye" in the middle, and not just a white dot. Our rooster is 5 months old and always mating our hens. I wasn't sure if he was actually getting the job done or not though. Thank you for your answers.

Would someone please look at these and tell me if they are fertilized? We thought we bought six female chicks, but one seemed a bit rooster-y. There's no crowing. But now our pullets are laying, and we are getting six eggs a day. About 2/3 of the yolks look like these pictured. Is someone laying twice, or do we have six pullets and these are unfertilized? Thank you for your help.
