Is this egg going to quit? (mallard duck)

Hi All

I have 7 mallard eggs that I’m incubating (first time doing this - I’ve rescued the eggs from being taken by foxes)
I’ve candled every day to check progress. This egg has lots of movement (the embryo’s on the other side) but has a blood spot. Is this normal or is it likely the egg will quit? I think it’s around day 10.
