Is this egg no good?

First time hatcher here...

I started out with six eggs... candled them all on their 6th day in the incubator. Three were not fertile, two had obvious little chickies in them, and then there is this one. There is something in there, but I see no movement, no veins. Was this an early embryonic death; should I toss it? Or is there hope?

We are on day 13 now.

if that is day 13 it is not viable,probally the yolk floating around in there
