Is this even possible?!?!

Incredibly unlikely
I have always suspected that if an aberrant mutation would unlock(it's disabled by nature) the right side ovary a hen could lay twice per day, but be subject to greater nutritional requirements and stress that their body could not manage without human help

My Easter Egger/silkie cross is laying more than once a day. She lays usually 2 eggs a day and yesterday layed 2 and this morning 2 more in the coop. She is 8 months old and I can't believe what's happening
You can't believe it, and I'm having trouble believing it too.

How many other chickens are in the pen?
Have you checked egg color for every one of them?

Alternately, can you put this chicken in a cage by herself for a day or two? That would let you be more positive that she's the one laying them (or that she is not.)

Any chance someone is playing a prank of some sort? Maybe you've got a sibling, child, parent, spouse, or friend that thinks it's funny to trick you?

It's very real, it's called Double Oviposition and about 13% of highly productive hens show this, but it could be lower on backyard hens

No egg anomaly was found on those eggs(same weight and shape) and
while the researchers did not perform a dissection on these super hens. I believe they could have an active right ovary.

No person to prank me, I am sure it's her as only two chickens lay blue eggs and these are definitely hers

Hmm, is it dangerous for her? How can I help?

It’s very dangerous. It’s incredibly taxing on a hen to lay do many eggs. It’s causes premature aging, and puts her at high risk for reproductive issues.
Make sure she always has access to calcium.

If it were my hen, I would try to get her to stop laying for a big and see if that fixes it.
There’s a couple ways you could go that-
Hormone implants done by a veterinarian
Restricting light
Force broodiness

Restricting light is difficult since she will need to be crated with lights out at certain times which can be stressful. Hormone implants are probably the most fool proof option, but finding a vet that will do them is tricky. Forcing broodiness would be the least stressful, and the most fun, but it’s obviously not guaranteed she will go broody.
