We have a silkie roo and two laying hens, I've seen him mate with them a few tines and I have patiently waited to see if any if the eggs we gather have been fertilized successfully. This one in particular looked different than they usually do. Is that the bullseye? I've tried to figure it out on my own but it's hard to determine for me.

2x ... There is too much glare to really see but as said ^^^the lower left in the pictures looks to be. In pic #2 the yolk to the right of that looks to be too but with the glare hard to make out

The last photo, yes. Second picture bottom right maybe, but there is a lot of glare.
I agree.

Thank you all! Yes, the last photo was the best of the egg I was wondering about! The other 4 I don't believe to be fertilized. That one darker yolk with the ring around it was the one I was questioning. My roo and hens are all under a year (hatched November 2021) so I was curious if he was able to fertilize them yet. He's been getting frisky about a month now but this was the first egg to look like he had done the job successfully! I'll be watching the next few to see if they're the same. 😊
