Is this fowl pox? Is there any way to treat it? Please help

He is a 1 year 5 months old rooster. He is a recuse ( from baby chick)
He doesn’t have a flock.
Recently saw these on him are the fowl pox? How can i help him?
(Please know that there is literally no poultry or avian vet in my area all vets are cat and dog vet that's why vaccination wasn’t possible)

No, I don’t think that is fowl pox. It looks more like small injuries. You could apply a tiny bit of iodine or leave them alone. The missing feather shaft could be from him pulling it out or scratching. I would look his skin over for any mites or lice moving around under his vent and belly, under wings and on his neck.
