Is this fowl pox or something else?

Sorry for the picture quality, she was not cooperating. Is this fowl pox? Something else?

I currently have another hen with eye problems as noted in another thread but this hen has only the bumps shown, no eye or respiratory symptoms at the moment.

Yes that is dry fowl pox. It is spread by mosquitoes and lasts around 3 weeks. There is no treatment.
Thank you! Lots of mosquitos out right now unfortunately.

So I should assume that the eye issue with the other chicken are unrelated? I’m currently treating with Tylosin (third day) no improvement yet.
 
I wouldn’t think they’re related. Dry fowl pox is creepy but there’s nothing you can do really but wait for it to run it’s course. Fortunately it’s not life-threatening unlike it’s ugly sister wet fowl pox.
