If so how dangerous is it and is it dangerously contagious to ducks?!

Yes, I would agree that that is fowl pox, the dry kind. It is a virus spread by mosquitoes to most kinds of poultry. It lasts about 3 weeks, and it is best not to disturb any scabs. If they are near the eyes, you can rinse with some saline and apply some Terramycin or Plain Neosporin ointment twice a day into the eyes. Here is a good article about pox:

Looks like fowl pox to me too. Good news is that once each bird in your flock recovers from dry fowl pox, they never get it again! Pay close attention for symptoms of wet fowl pox (wet nostrils, bubbly eyes or rales (rough breathing sounds) when you're not holding them) as the wet variety can be fatal. I guess in human terms, you could compare the dry variety to a common cold and the wet variety to pneumonia.

Thank you both! I haven't noticed anything other than scabs and one had a closed bloody eye awhile ago. Sounds more like dry pox
