Is this from bullying?

I have 4 hens. One of them I’ve observed is definitely at the bottom of the pecking order. I am wondering if the missing feathers on both wings is a result of this or something I should be concerned about. I inspected her and don’t see any mites. No other birds are missing any feathers like this. I don’t think it’s molting because she isn’t missing any tail feathers.

Are pin feathers the new feathers coming in? If so, I will take a look. Thank you!

Yes, pin feathers are small hard points coming through the skin that will grow longer and turn into feathers. They are often blueish or pale pink/brown.
Thank you. I took a closer look and a photo. See what you think. To me they don’t really look like they would be pin feathers.

Those could be broken feathers or pin feathers, it's hard to tell. I would give it a few days and see what happens, maybe other feathers will fall out or these ones will grow in, we'll see. Good luck
