It started with that little black spot on the tip of her comb on on of those points. It looked like it got bitten or smashed. An now she's stopped laying and her whole comb is dulling out. What should I do?

We have great ventilation and I just cleaned the coop before we had a really cold front come through. It's been unusually cold, like single digits. I have checked to make sure she was snuggled in deep with the others. Guess she wasn't warm enough. I feel so bad for her. It's back into the upper 40's/50's. Is there anything I can do?

I never had it cause feather issues but have definitely both treated and avoided frostbite on combs and wattles with it. Sudocrem is even better if the frostbite is already there, as in your case xx
