Well, Silkies don't have V combs so maybe the bird just has some Polish in his or her blood but isn't the direct offspring of a Polish. Good eye, I totally missed the comb.

But it does look like a mix of pea and V from this point.

Ok-so you guys aren't convinced it is a rooster? Could it be a hen? That would make me oh so happy...Maybe anther pic would help...

He (she?) is in the back, you can see it ok I guess. I will try to get a new pic later.

Very pretty bird. Not sure on the breed of that little bugger, but he/she looks like my silkie crosses.
Is he/she developing a beard, if so that is another silkie trait. You should also look at the feet/legs for feathers, and the tint of the skin. These are all part of the silkie breed that does at time pass on to the cross breed chicks.
As for the polish..I don't have any experiance with. But, unless I am mistaken they have white skin. So looking at the skin color may help a lot when determing what your bird's breed(s) are.

I wouldn't say anything for gender at the moment. Those crosses are tricky.

Good luck with your cuties.. (Love that polish?/whatever's colors)

Here is a Silkie/OEGB Cross if it helps. (Rooster)
