go to www.weebly.com and under the contact us tab send them an email under spam and general inquiries (yes both) and report his website as being a scam. they will delete his site instantly. I have a weebly account and I know they take that stuff seriously.

Well, the guy did respond and sent me the book so I have to take back what I said. However, I didn't feel the information gave enough detail to make the "$1000 a month." It was just too sketchy.
