Is this her tail necrotic or is this some kind of growth or something

Is this the end of her tail becoming necrotic or does she have a growth?

It appears that there is a lot of poop caked around her vent.

It may be a prolapsed vent. Can you bring her inside where it is warm and give her a warm soak in water with either Epsom salts, or soapy water? Try to clean off any poop or crust. Her vent area looks bulging, so check to see if she is egg bound or just constipated with dried up droppings blocking her vent. If possible, take a picture of the cleaned up vent. Dry her with a hair dryer.

We’ve been soaking her underside in warm water and epsom alt for about 30 minutes

She’d been soaking for about 30 minutes before these pictures. Should we keep her inside tonight?

If it is a prolapsed vent, any red tissue sticking out should be kept moist with oil, vaseline, or honey.

She’s 3 years, I don’t think she’s been laying , alothoigh all of our chickens have slowed down since the cold season.

Here is a picture where you can see her vent more clearly. The part above the vent appears to be fuzzy with feathers stuck in it which appears to be the end of her tail becoming necrotic. Nothing appears prolapsed though.
