This beautiful fella was sold to me as a chick, and i was told he was an Australorp. Obviously he isn't. He's small, easy temperament, and he crows like a kazoo. I don't have any use for him in my flock and would like to give him away or sell him, but i would like to have good information on what he is before i do so. Your help is much appreciated.

Well, i know that he came from Ideal, so I'm hoping he isn't a barnyard mix. If he's an ee, i can use him, but i didn't think black legs counted. Plus I've never seen an ee with white lobes. Not that I'm an expert. Do you think his babies will lay green eggs?

I'd send a pic to Ideal and ask what they'd call him. Being a hatchery bird, the best you may get is EE, although he just doesn't look like one to me. That comb is some weird mixed thing, so you really can't tell if he's going to carry blue egg genes or not until you breed him.
