Is this impacted crop behavior?

Brought my bantam cosette in to clip her nails and she was doing this strange jerking head movement. Her crop felt very full and a bit hard and I wasn’t sure if this movement was her trying to unsuccessfully clear it? She was pooping some but a lot of it was really watery.

Never seen anything like this and couldn’t find any videos that resembled this behavior. I was hoping some of y’all more experienced chicken owners might have some insight, she’s got me real worried

The above treatments didn't clear my hen's impacted crop. We wound up having to perform surgery on the poor thing. She'd been eating sand... Surgery was successful.
