Is this impacted crop?

Hi everyone.
I have a hen who was being picked on. I brought her in, cleaned her up and checked on her yesterday morning. I noticed her crop was full (I bring their food out every morning so they have no access to food until morning) I thought maybe it could've been because I fed her later in the night as I was cleaning her up.
This morning I went outside and checked everyone's crop which felt soft, and empty/flat, except hers which feels hard and full. She's acting normal though? I read on a thread here to give them coconut oil chunks which will then melt in their crop and to massage it in an upward motion every 30 minutes? Is this what I should do? When will it empty? Should I repeat this process until it empties?
This is an avian vet about 30 minutes away which I will utilize if necessary.
Thanks for your help!

Also, can she have water? I currently have her in the bathroom with me. She's had some coconut oil and I've massaged her crop a few times. Just wondering if she should have have access to water?

I would use the chilled coconut oil, crop massage, encourage water, and recheck her crop each morning before she eats or drinks. She also needs some wet food and egg even dealing with a crop problem. Here is a good article to read:

yes! Thank you! That's where I learned to use the chilled coconut. I just wasn't sure if she's allowed access to water during these 30 minute treatments or if I should keep repeating until the crop empties and then give her food and water. I've massaged her crop twice now after shes had the chilled coconut oil.
It's still hard. She finally pooped! But like I noticed the other day when I brought her in to clean up the blood, her poops are a lot smaller than any other of my girls.
