Is this Isabel or Lavender Orpington?

Bought straight run in 2018 as a Lavender Orpington and I’ve always thought that’s what he was and all of a sudden someone on BYC said he’s an Isabel Orpington and so now I’m curious what everyone thinks of him. Here are a crap ton of pictures I took yesterday from all different angles View attachment 2288792View attachment 2288793View attachment 2288794View attachment 2288795View attachment 2288796View attachment 2288797View attachment 2288798View attachment 2288799View attachment 2288800

he is absolutely massive in comparison with all of the other chickens, a little too big to be gentle on the hens, super good with humans of all sizes, and he protects the hens perfectly. He recently lost a spur while defending the ladies from a raccoon. He’s a good boy named Gandalf:)
he is an ISABELLE for sure.

He looks just like my Prince Charming who I thought was a Lavender Orpington but it was suggested he is an Isabel

I'm not an expert, but if I remember correctly Isabel is gold partridge with 2 copies of Lavender. I myself have an isabel bantam brahma. Is it possible that the "gold" color came either from partridge (idk if Orpingtons have partridge) or a lot of gold leakage? (It obviously looks lighter because of lavender lightening it).

That's what I think about this. Correct me if I'm wrong on any information about the color genetics.

Edit: Oh, I just realized this thread is super old. Oops.
