Is this just a frizzle cochin?

Bought as a frizzle bantam. Assumed Cochin with the feet.

His feathers are all stringy poofy and soft. Seems like down but he is 8 weeks are so and the soft ones haven’t changed much?

Thank you! His/hers feathers make me giggle and the personality is the best, my little shadow ! Hoping it’s leaning a girl…my younger bantam that is definitely a roo the comb is larger and red. This one’s hasn’t gotten any bigger recently…and behavior says all girl

You don’t think she has any silkie in her do you? Just curious her feathers are nothing like the other frizzle Cochin bantam? The ones on her legs look just like the silkies long and stringy?

Yes, she is in fact a pullet!

It's possible, but I think those are just baby feathers. She'll grow out of them.
