Is this lash egg!?!?

I have two 18 week old black Australorp pullets and just found this in a spot they usually hang out while free ranging. There is blood around the area on the ground too.
Is it a lash egg??
They haven't started laying at all yet, is there any chance this is just what happens when they start to lay?
I noticed some red spots in a few poos about a week ago and have treated for coccidiosis since then. Is it related??

Did you save the one in the middle picture? If you did, cut it in half and post a picture of it. That's the one that looks the most suspicious to me.

Lash egg (salpingitis) is pus. Chicken pus is solid, not liquid like for humans. If you cut the sample in half, you can usually see layers in the substance if it's pus.

Salpingitis is an inflammation of the reproductive tract. There are a lot of threads here on BYC about it.

I hesitate to say that it's NOT lash material, but I'm not certain that it is. My gut feeling is about 60% ...? yes, it lash material. But I sure hope it isn't.

I agree that it doesn’t look like the typical lash egg. With the blood and the mucus covering, I would lean more toward a weird looking dropping. I am just guessing though. With the blood in the droppings, I would worm them with albendazole or Safeguard liquid goat wormer, and possibly treat with some Corid for possible coccidiosis. Albendazole (generic Valbazen) dosage is 0.5 ml (1/2 ml) given orally and repeated in 10 days. Here is where to find it in small amounts:

SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer (fenbendazole) dosage is 0.23 ml per pound given for 5 consecutitve days, and available at most feed stores and online.

I have just treated for coccidiosis with cocciprol over last 6 days
I have Vetsense kilverm (levamisole) I can use for worming
Really hoping they will be okay

I believe levamisole is a worming med. Coccidiosis is not caused by worms. Coccidia are single cell protozoa. You need to use a coccidiostat which will block the thiamine that coccidia feed on. The usual treatment is for five days, rest a week, and then treat for five more days to get any new ones.

I suspect that you may also need a sulfa antibiotic since it appears the intestines may be seriously inflamed, which can be fatal if not treated.

I sense you may not be in the US where we use Corid. You need to ask your pharmacist for a coccidiostat plus sulfa.

I have treated for coccidiosis over last 6 days but not done worming yet (I read not to do at the same time).
I will worm now and order the sulfa 3 antibiotic.
