No he has yellow legs, cuckoo marans have pink or white. My guess would be a black sex link rooster.

Thank you all for telling me. I order these eggs off Ebay they said that they was pure cuckoo maran. Only 2 eggs catch and now I learn they are not even pure or even Maran. Live and Learn I always say. I will never order eggs off Ebay again.
