Is this little one a pullet or roo?

This is a picture of my newest 8 week old black chick. The chick is half Polish and half Naked Neck. I just can not decide what the sex is. It seems to stand more upright than my other chickens. I have never heard it crow much less say anything.

I am noticing as he/she gets older, he/she has a hump in its neck. Could that be from the way it was in the egg?
