Is this little one ok

I got 5 little ones on sat. 2 are bigger and 3 are smaller. This one had a few feathers missing and now there is more missing. He eats and drinks good and is very active.He is around a month old. I have not seen any of the others pick on him.

Check them for skin bugs, but some times one or two of my birds gets bald while getting feathers in...
