I noticed his spurs are quite long, & seems to be being ginger with his steps.

He has also been lethargic the past weeks has not crowed in a week.

He seems to be molting, you can see all the pinfeathers coming in on his neck near his head. This causes pain and discomfort and they sometimes try to escape from the sensation by walking even backwards etc.

My feathered leg birds all walk like normal chickens.

Let's have a better picture of his spurs to determine whether it is 100% his problem first?
If they're too long they can be filed shorter, trimmed, or pulled.

I didn't notice his wing, but he could've dislocated it, or fractured his wrist. You did mention you found him on his back right?
