Is this mareks?

He has also been lethargic the past weeks has not crowed in a week.
He seems to be molting, you can see all the pinfeathers coming in on his neck near his head. This causes pain and discomfort and they sometimes try to escape from the sensation by walking even backwards etc.
 
So should I cut his spurs? Is that is what’s wrong with him?
Let's have a better picture of his spurs to determine whether it is 100% his problem first?
If they're too long they can be filed shorter, trimmed, or pulled.

I noticed his spurs are quite long, & seems to be being ginger with his steps.
Do you guys know why his left wing is down?
