He seems to be molting, you can see all the pinfeathers coming in on his neck near his head. This causes pain and discomfort and they sometimes try to escape from the sensation by walking even backwards etc.He has also been lethargic the past weeks has not crowed in a week.

If they're too long they can be filed shorter, trimmed, or pulled.

I didn't notice his wing, but he could've dislocated it, or fractured his wrist. You did mention you found him on his back right?Do you guys know why his left wing is down?
