Is this mites or bumblefoot?

My rooster has been limping on this leg and I can’t find an injury. Is it mites? Or maybe bumblefoot? I’m not really sure.

Are his legs normally red?
He may need to be in his own area so that he isn’t able to move as much to allow his leg to heal.
