Is this mites?

hi all! Does this look like mites? Or is this normal molting for the season? It’s only this one wing and no other issues with any of my other hens.

molting or getting picked is what I see

if it were mites, there would be clumps of dead skin and small eggs surrounding the feathers near the vent. Looks like regular molting to me as well.
