Is this mold on these stored eggs?

I keep my eggs in these plastic containers in the refrigerator. Unwashed. The container is pretty much air tight when I latch each side.

I've been noticing that some of the eggs have grown greenish and brownish spots on them.

(They are very clean at time of storage, no blemish, spots, discoloration).

For context these were stored in the fridge right after laying. And stored less than 2 months.

Do you know what's going on?
Is it mold? I've still been eating them and they are fine on the inside.

Should I be storing them differently? Maybe don't use airtight container?

They are stored in my regular refrigerator. Temp is around 40 degrees.

Thank you!

I wouldn't. My guess is that despite looking clean, the condensation that formed on them inside the airtight box created perfect conditions for some of the microbes on the surface to grow, producing the spots you saw. Baking could kill them, but really, is that quantity of calcium worth taking the risk? It isn't on my calculus.
