Is This Naked Neck a Cockerel?

I'm thinking this chick is a cockerel. If anyone thinks I'm wrong, please chime in because I'd like to be wrong.

Mother is 3/4 Black Copper Marans x 1/4 Naked Neck, father is 3/4 Silver Spangled Appenzeller Spitzhauben x 1/4 Silver Laced Polish, born Sept 1st. Looks more like its mum, but is developing a crest so it'll be cool looking as an adult.

Photos are of the chick, its dad, and mum as a pullet.

Could you send a close up pic of It's head and it's siblings heads to compare? I've had naked necks before but with cross breeds it's harder to tell.

Its DOB is in the post: Sept 1st, so its 4 wks old

Its siblings have the same father, different mothers so its the only NN. Its one of the biggest chicks of the 8 in that hatch. I also see the start of wattles.
