She might have some wry neck, but she doesn’t look bad. You could give her some vitamin E 400 IU daily with a little cooked egg for selenium, along with her usual chicken feed. I would clean her wound with some saline or chlorhexidene, and put some plain Neosporin ointment on it twice a day.

got a peck would on the side of her neck/face, and she has a balance issue now, she seems off balance, and she tilts her head to the side and does this weird thing with it.

Can you get a photo of the side of her neck/face and the cut?
Any infection in the ear?

I agree with @Eggcessive and give Vitamin E daily along with a little egg. You can add 1/4 tablet B-Complex as well.

There's a little tuft of feathers over the ear, pull those back and look in the ear canal.
