Is this normal? Chickens foot peeling.

Is that normal for a chickens foot because her other one isn’t like that it’s almost as if it’s peeling or something?
 
That looks like scaly leg mites.
You can dip her feet in mineral oil, wipe off the excess then slather them with Vaseline, pushing it up under the scales to smother the SLM. You will need to repeat this every other day or so as you see the Vaseline wearing off. It's easiest to do when the chickens go to roost at night.
You can also try Licefree Spray. It is supposed to kill the nits and eggs. Spray the feet until they are well saturated.
