Is this normal? Dusting?

I've had my chicks for 12 days, they've been doing great. Just noticed this chick doing this this morning. It's also panting really hard while doing this. Normal or should I be worried?

Where are the chicks - outside, inside in a brooder - dusting in dirt - how hot is it?

Mine were trying to dust bath on paper towels on day 5.

Sorry, video didn't upload, one of my older chicks was wallering around in the fine pine bedding. I had just cleaned the brooder and the pine was very fluffy. It was pretty cute till I noticed the panting. Brooder is about 90° under the heat lamp, 80° under the regular light and 65°-70° around the rest. It's a large brooder 34"x6' with 12 chicks. It was doing it away from the lights. None have done it since that I've noticed but I'm not watching 24/7. They all seem just fine this Evening.

He may have been a bit warm.

And not much better than watching a chick take it's first dust bath!
