Is this normal?? First time hatching - first egg hatched

This is my first egg hatched - first time incubating. Seems to be alot of blood vessels in shell - and yellow/brown goo stuck to her butt? She is moving around/chirping etc... normal???

That's just wastes from the chick pooping in it's shell before they hatch.

It is perfectly normal; my chicks hatch like that all the time.

Thanks! I have 10 healthy chicks in the brooder This was my first time incubating - I started with a dozen eggs - 1 egg was discarded day 12 (that appeared to be not fertilized). The other 11 made it to lockdown - 10 hatched. The one that did not hatch was fully developed but apparently died at some point.
