Is this normal for a turkey?

My two month old broad breasted turkey has a big, what looks like a growth, on its breast. This is my first time growing turkeys so am I just freaking out over nothing? Simple Google search says it could just be a fatty deposit which is normal, or blisters. I'm just concerned because none of the other turkeys have it. I don't have a quarantine pen right now so if it's something the others could get sick from I will have to dispatch it, but I would hate to do something so drastic if it's a simple fix.

That's the crop being very full from gorging on feed.
I raise broad breasted turkeys once a year, & it's common.
