The weather is cold and even raining for now?

Pls, is it normal? and if not, pls what should I do?

And secondly, base on security and weather purposes I covered my coop 80% covered with 20% for ventilation. Pls is it okay like that?

How many percent should I covered it?

It looks like your house is well ventilated, I can't quite tell how large it is, can you give us dimensions?
I agree with Kiki, could be coccidiosis.
