How do i go about registering a flock of chickens, ayam cemani

thank you. I would like to become a registered breeder. I love the ayam cemani,or the thought of. Wont know till they hatch. But so far i have silkies and americanas. And i want to keep it simple. Three breeds. I also have in a pen of misc, buff cochins, a black cochins, 2 rhode island reds, a sultan bantam, a black japanese bantam, and a hen i cant identifie.
