Could be because she is a new layer, hiccups happen.. or she may not need as much calcium as she is getting. Some birds absorb or process things better than others.

If it continues... I might switch to a grower or flock raiser with oyster shell on the side instead of "layer" if that is what you're currently using. Even then I do see it on occasion. Not something to stress about, but good to be aware.
