When an egg goes through the hen's internal egg making factory it spends most of its time in the shell gland where the shell is put on. After the shell is finished she then puts on a layer of pigment if she lays a brown or green egg. The shade of brown is controlled by genetics and a few other things. There can be some variations by the same hen but usually that shade is fairly consistent from one day to the next. After that brown pigment is on she lays it, putting on a layer of Bloom as it is laid.
If you crack the egg and remove the membrane you can see the base color of that egg shell. If you wash, scrub, or sandpaper that brown off you can see the base color of the egg shell.
Some of that reddish color may come from the bloom. That can vary in color some by the hen too. Some hens lay an egg with a purplish tint. That could be from the Bloom.
I see nothing wrong with what you show. Perfectly normal. Some people would be thrilled to death to have a hen laying that color of egg. If I had her I'd try hatching her eggs.
