Yes breathing is still the same. I havent noticed any mold. I just cleaned the house and laid all new straw down on Tuesday night but I will clean it again today just to make sure. She is out and laying by a bush with Max now. It is so sad to see her not active and playing in the pool and not following Max around, and he wont go far, he keeps going a little ways and then goes right back to her.Is she still breathing like she was yesterday? How’s their bedding no mold? In their house?
She isn't really pooping and when she does its clear or like last night after her bath it was like a cloudy green. She is drinking but I haven't seen her eating yesterday or today, i moved her food and water over to the bush where she is just a bit ago but she didn't eat while i was out there and unfortunately i am working today (at home) so i cant stay out there long,I can see her from my office window but she hasn't eaten unless she snuck some in while i wasn't looking. Nothing toxic that I am aware of. I Just bought this house in December and the previous owners had chickens in the same are that I have the ducks and Chickens and Max seems to be fine and they usually eat the same things together. I just dont knowI just don’t know what could be going on seems if respiratory there be more symptoms maybe try an antibiotic and see if it helps. Does her poop look normal? And and nothing toxic for her to get into?
I am going to pick up sav a chick pro biotic on my lunch is that what you mean by an antibiotic? And some calcium gluconate since apparently I should have that on hand anyway.I just don’t know what could be going on seems if respiratory there be more symptoms maybe try an antibiotic and see if it helps. I cant get to a vet until tomorrow but I am planning on it if she is still like this in the morning, provided I can find one that accepts ducks and can get her in ugh I just wish she could tell me what is wrong lol. I live in a farm area so I would think the vets around here would treat ducks and hopefully not charge a fortune to look at her :\No I mean in case she has an infection a true antibiotic which a vet could prescribe.
