Is this normal?

Hey by y’all just wondering if it’s normal for my road island reds one year one month to grow feathers on their face and also some of my hens have white on the tips of their ear feathers the bottom chicken sweet pea has the most they are all healthy eating like crazy drinking lots as it’s hot just was curious

If you want to take her to a chicken show and try to win a grand prize you are out of luck, but if you want a healthy productive chicken you look to be in good shape. I don't see anything wrong at all.
