This little barred rock’s feathers are growing upward. Is this normal? We’re still waiting to see if she’s a pullet. She’s a little over 2 weeks old

Looks Frizzled. I've never seen a Frizzled BR. Very cute!

She seems to be growing pretty slow. Got her on the 7th and was told she was a week old barred rock pullet. The wings are interesting

Give it some time. Those feathers may straighten out after the first molt.
