Is this normal?

First time duck mom here along with chicks… I am noticing that my ducklings are starting to molt and get actual feathers… but this is happening on their face too? It’s happening to some of the others as well.. none of them are showing that they have runny eyes so I am not sure whether this is part of the molting/growing up process. I tried google and that was a no go because now my ducks have diseases? I keep the food/water/brooder clean as much as I can them being baby ducks and give them a niacin supplement with their food.

This looks pretty normal. They need to get adult feathers on their face aswell as the body.
