Is This Normal..?

Ok, better be safe then sorry..
My chicks are all probably 4 weeks old now and they all seem to be doing great!
But I noticed that my little black frizzle has different spots where theres like no feathers..?
There on her stomach area,neck area,part of the wings and under the wings,etc.
All the other chicks just seem to have more feathering then her S:
So I wanted to know..is that normal when their getting feathers and whatnot?
Or like is it her breed..? Or will she just not get feathers there..?

And another thing I just remembered that seems really weird about her, I notice when i pick her up and when im watching her,whenever she breathes it makes this weird crackling like noise..

She does eat and drink pretty normally from what I can see when I watch them (and their in my room so I watch them alot

)

Hmm not sure about the crackling. That seems like something you need to make sure about and post in emergency.

As far as the nakedness my frizzle was naked forever! I thought he would never get his feathers. He went around with wing feathers but not much else for a long time. Eventually they will come in, it just takes longer on the frizzles.
