no it is poop and the liquid is clear......she is full grown and it has been like thiss for several days

What's her crop doing? Check her in the morning when she wakes up and if there is food in her crop you may have a chicken with impacted crop. Impacted crop means there is a blockage in her crop which prevents food from passing on to her stomach. Only liquids and soft foods can pass. If it is impacted crop, do your research because it can be fatal.
