I bet she thinks the freckles are little bits of food. Just keep holding and spending time with her and she may settle down. With mine, if I hold them up near the light they settle down and even lay on their sides in my hand to soak up the heat. I have to be careful with their toes though. If I'm holding one near the others, they will try to peck it's toes!
