Is this one a different breed or just younger than the others?

Brother brought me a box full of chicks yesterday lol. This lil guy (girl? Idk) is much smaller than the rest. Just wondering if it's because he's possibly younger than the others or if he is a different breed. The others already have some feathers on the tips of their wings while he's all fluff. He also like a blue/Grey but form what I've read color isn't a good indicator of breed ? Also how old would you guess he is? Thank you in advance

They are much harder to photograph than I had expected lol. Also he is the only chick with feathered feet + who is sleeping pretty much all the time...not sure if thays normal.

It look's like it could be a bantam to me.

If it has a single comb, it's a blue bantam Cochin.

Where are they from? What color are the emerging wing feathers (if it has any)
